·        Minutes of last meeting past 1^st Rodney Dobson and 2^nd Eric Hamlin

·        Treasures report by Yalcin Toker. Bank Balance $2,554.58 money supposed to be credited to the Affiliation Fee. Yalcin Toker past 1^st 2^nd Barry Nelis.

·        Todd Rittley and Martin Ring resigned from their positions. Yalcin Toker act as Secretary as well as Treasurer

·        Bob George explaining about referee log book.

·        Barry Nelis opens meeting for general business

·        Discussing of re-election of secretary

·        Constitution to be drafted by Gerald Hoskins and Robert Johns consulting Warren Blanch.

·        Gerald Hoskins will draft letter to Warren Blanch concerning how communication between him of this association past 1^st Eric Hamlin 2^nd Martin Ring.

·        Discussion over Warren Blanch over how the association wishes to be communicated possibly sent to FMNC and Local Clubs.

·        Barry Nelis Closes Meeting 8:46PM or 2046HR

The Viking Challenge is on 13-14 March at Forster.

It is a six a side competition, and we need referees

Match payment is $10/game and we will pay for travel.
